After the audit

The audit produces a roadmap. We can run it with you.

Most clients move from audit to remediation within 60 days. Two engagement models, depending on the depth and pace of change.

Engagement

Remediation Project

$40K–$80K · 8–12 weeks

Scoped, milestone-based delivery against the 90-day roadmap from the audit. Best when there's a clear set of structural fixes and an internal team to hand off to afterwards.

Retainer

Fractional RevOps Architect

$8K–$12K/month · 6-month minimum

Embedded part-time leadership for ongoing change. Best when the company has no senior RevOps headcount and the roadmap requires sustained execution and stakeholder management.

Common questions

Buyer FAQs

What's the difference between this and a generic RevOps audit?

This is the only audit specifically designed around AI-readiness. It scores whether your foundation can support the AI you've already deployed, with a quantified rubric across six weighted dimensions. Generic RevOps audits are slower, broader, and typically produce a deck instead of an actionable roadmap. The output here is a working document your team can run a remediation project against.

Do I need a paid audit, or is the free assessment enough?

The free assessment is directional — useful for executives who want to know roughly where they stand. A paid audit produces evidence-backed scoring with system access, a defensible scorecard, a 90-day roadmap, and a cost-of-inaction analysis your CFO can use to fund Phase 2. Most teams scoring 35–79 on the self-assessment benefit from a paid audit.

Which CRM platforms do you support?

Salesforce and HubSpot natively, with deep architectural experience in both. Other platforms (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive) on a case-by-case basis. The framework is platform-agnostic; the audit methodology adapts to your stack. Multi-platform stacks (e.g., Salesforce + HubSpot + Marketo) are explicitly in scope.

How does delivery work for clients outside India?

Async-first by design. All deliverables are written, with stakeholder interviews scheduled in your timezone (PT, ET, UK, AU all comfortable). Tier 1 requires only 2 calls. Tier 2 requires 6 interviews, all in your business hours. The executive readout is recorded as a Loom for stakeholders who couldn't attend live.

What system access do you need?

Read-only access to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and any critical revenue tool. We never write to production. Access can be time-boxed (we recommend 4 weeks). NDA executed before any access is granted.

What happens after the audit?

The audit produces a 90-day remediation roadmap with effort and impact estimates per item. Most clients engage in a Phase 2 remediation project ($40K–$80K, 8–12 weeks) or a fractional RevOps Architect retainer ($8K–$12K/month). Both are optional. The audit stands alone as a deliverable.

Why $12,500 instead of $50K like the big firms?

Productization. The methodology is published, the templates exist, and there's no army of associates to bill out. You get the same depth — 24 scoring criteria across 6 dimensions, evidence-backed — without the consulting markup. If your Phase 2 work is large, that's where the bigger numbers live; the audit is the wedge, not the destination.

Do you offer references or case studies?

The framework was published in 2026. Anonymized case studies will be shared with prospects under NDA after the discovery call. Direct references are available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 buyers on request.

Start with the free assessment.

If your score is below 65, you're a candidate for an audit. If you score above, you may not need one. Either way, you'll know where you stand in four minutes.
