You've bought the AI. Now prove it's working.
Most teams deploy AI on a stack that can't support it — and quietly lose $150K–$400K a year while the board asks what the spend returned. In three weeks, we give you the answer: a board-grade verdict on what your AI is actually returning, where it leaks, and the two fixes that recover the most. Backed by a guarantee. Around six hours of your team's time. No procurement, no production access.
Average annual waste from unready stacks
Time to ROI from remediation
Typical cost recovery from audit
Capacity is real: I take 3 Verdicts per month. Current pricing is the lowest it will be — it rises as case studies are added.

The Verdict vs. your alternatives
- • Undiagnosed AI waste: $150K–$400K/year

- • Poor data blocks forecasting
- • Team thrashing on manual work
- • 3–6 months before productivity
- • High execution risk (wrong hire)

- • 120-page deck. Shelved after.
- • Generic, not AI-ready focused
- • 12+ week timeline
- • No roadmap for execution
- • A board-grade number, not a deck
- • 3 weeks. Async-first.
- • AI-readiness methodology
- • Recovers $50K–$150K in 60 days
The Triple-Lock Guarantee
The Verdict carries the risk, not you. If it doesn't pay for itself many times over, you shouldn't be out the fee. Three ways you're protected:
The 3× ROI Guarantee
If the Verdict doesn't identify at least $37,500 — three times the fee — in recoverable waste plus quantified cost of inaction, you don't pay. I keep working until it does, or you owe nothing.
The Fee-Credit Guarantee
Move into a Recovery Project within 60 days of the readout and 100% of your Verdict fee credits toward it. The diagnosis is effectively free when you fix what it finds.
The Readout Guarantee
Sit through the executive readout. If you don't believe it was worth the fee, ask for a full refund and keep the report. No forms, no friction.
The Verdict gives you the number. Here's how you keep it moving.
Most clients act within 60 days of the readout. Three ways forward, depending on whether you need the leaks fixed, the number kept honest, or sustained leadership.
Recovery Project
$40K–$80K · 8–12 weeks
Scoped, milestone-based delivery against the two highest-recovery fixes the Verdict surfaced. Best when there's a clear set of structural leaks and an internal team to hand off to afterwards. Your Verdict fee credits toward it.
Quarterly AI Revenue Review
$4K–$6K/quarter · ongoing
The Verdict, re-run every quarter: the updated number, what moved, what's still leaking, and the next fix — delivered as a board-ready one-pager before each board meeting. Best when leadership is asked about AI ROI on a recurring basis (most are now). Renews because the question recurs.
Fractional RevOps Architect
$8K–$12K/month · 6-month minimum
Embedded part-time leadership for ongoing change. Best when the company has no senior RevOps headcount and the recovery requires sustained execution and stakeholder management.
Buyer FAQs
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — the Triple-Lock Guarantee. The Verdict must identify at least 3× its fee ($37,500) in recoverable waste plus cost of inaction, or you don't pay. Your fee credits 100% toward a Recovery Project booked within 60 days. And if you sit through the readout and don't think it was worth it, you get a full refund and keep the report. The Verdict carries the risk, not you.
What's the difference between this and a generic RevOps audit?
A generic audit tells you your stack is messy. The Verdict answers the question your board is actually asking: what did the AI spend return, where is it leaking, and what recovers it. Same depth — six weighted dimensions, 24 published criteria, evidence-backed — but it ends with a board-grade number and the two fixes that recover the most, not a deck that gets shelved.
Do I need the paid Verdict, or is the free assessment enough?
The free assessment is directional — useful for executives who want to know roughly where they stand. The Verdict produces evidence-backed scoring with system access, a defensible board-grade number, the leakage lines, and the two highest-recovery fixes. If you're not sure your team even agrees on definitions yet, start with the $3,500 Definition Lock — it credits fully toward the Verdict. Most teams scoring 35–79 on the self-assessment benefit from the Verdict.
Which CRM platforms do you support?
Salesforce and HubSpot natively, with deep architectural experience in both. Other platforms (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive) on a case-by-case basis. The framework is platform-agnostic; the audit methodology adapts to your stack. Multi-platform stacks (e.g., Salesforce + HubSpot + Marketo) are explicitly in scope.
How does delivery work for clients outside India?
Async-first by design. All deliverables are written, with stakeholder interviews scheduled in your timezone (PT, ET, UK, AU all comfortable). Tier 1 requires only 2 calls. Tier 2 requires 6 interviews, all in your business hours. The executive readout is recorded as a Loom for stakeholders who couldn't attend live.
What system access do you need?
Read-only access to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and any critical revenue tool. We never write to production. Access can be time-boxed (we recommend 4 weeks). NDA executed before any access is granted.
What happens after the Verdict?
The Verdict produces a 90-day recovery roadmap with effort and impact per item. From there, clients typically take one of three paths: a Recovery Project ($40K–$80K, 8–12 weeks) to fix the leaks, a Quarterly AI Revenue Review ($4K–$6K/quarter) to keep the number honest for the board, or a fractional RevOps Architect retainer ($8K–$12K/month). All are optional. The Verdict stands alone as a deliverable.
How quickly does the Verdict pay back?
Most Verdict clients recover $50K–$150K in the first 60 days through identified cost savings, license optimization, and recovered time. Median payback period is 45–90 days. The leakage lines are quantified, so your CFO can see the financial impact and your board can see the number.
Why is this cheaper than a Big Four firm?
Productization. The methodology is published, templates exist, and there's no army of associates to bill out. You get the same depth — 24 scoring criteria across 6 dimensions, evidence-backed — without the consulting markup. If your recovery work is large, that's where bigger numbers live; the Verdict is the wedge, not the destination.
Do you offer references or case studies?
The framework was published in 2026. Anonymized case studies will be shared with prospects under NDA after the discovery call. Direct references are available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 buyers on request.
Start with the free assessment.
If your score is below 65, you're a candidate for the Verdict. If you score above, you may not need one. Either way, you'll know where you stand in four minutes.
